• Message Types: You may receive the following types of messages:

  • Schedule confirmations

  • Task assignments

• Non-Sharing: Pelenti Group is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your mobile phone information and opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Additionally, we will not sell or rent your data. We may share personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.​

• ​Opt-In Process: To opt-in/subscribe to Pelenti Group's text messaging service, follow these steps:

  • a. (Opt-In via webform) Visit Pelenti Group's Contact Us webpage.

  • b. Fill in the web form by providing your name, email and/or phone number, and a message.

  • c. On the web form, indicate if you agree to receive text messages from Pelenti Group:

  • Check the Yes box to indicate that you agree to receive text messages from Pelenti Group sent from 202-660-1431 to the mobile number you provided on our web form. When you select Yes, you opt-in / subscribe to our text messaging service thereby consenting to text message communication from us.

  • If you do not agree to receive text messages from Pelenti Group, check the No box on the webform. We will not respond to your inquiry via text message.

  • ​d. (Opt-in using keywords) You may also opt-in/ subscribe to our text message service by texting START or YES directly to 202-660-1431.

  • ​​e. Shortly after opting in, you will receive a text message confirming your agreement to receive text messages from Pelenti Group. This confirmation message will also include opt-out instructions, non-sharing data clause, and support contact information. 

• ​Opt-Out Instructions: To opt-out of receiving text messages from Pelenti Group, follow these simple steps:

  • a. (Opt-Out via webform) On the Contact Us web form, indicate that you do not agree to receive text messages from Pelenti Group. Check the NO box to indicate that you do not agree to receive text messages from Pelenti Group sent from 202-660-1431 to the mobile number you provided on our web form. When you select the No box, you opt-out/unsubscribe to our text messaging service. You will not receive text messages from us.

  • ​b. (Opt-out using keywords) You may also opt-out/unsubscribe from our text message service by:

    • Replying STOP or CANCEL at any time to any of our text messages that you previously received from us. 

    • Texting STOP or CANCEL directly to 202-660-1431.

    • Emailing STOP or CANCEL to info@pelentigroup.com.

  • c. After opting out/unsubscribing, you will receive a final text message from us to confirm you have opted out/unsubscribed from our text messaging service, and we will remove your mobile number from our text messaging contact list within 24 hours.

  • d. To rejoin our texting service, sign up again by completing the webform on our Contact Us page. Check the Yes box to agree to receive text messages from us. By selecting Yes, you opt-in/subscribe to our text message service, and we will resume sending text messages to you.​​
